Project Manager

The post holder will organize, direct, coordinate and administer Capital Building Works from initial client liaison through to defining the project requirements, master-planning, design, procurement, construction and commissioning. The project manager performs different functions assigned by the Senior Manager - Project Management. These tasks may involve sorting out various projects for a small or large business, conducting research, procuring project material, project development, recording minutes during meetings, scheduling and updating project data. The project manager also ensures customized software solutions are sent to consumers in time.

Qualification, Experience & Skills – The Post holder should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or similar construction related discipline from a recognized/accredited institution. He/she must be a registered or chartered professional member of a relevant discipline, established either in the US, UK or Canada (TICS, MICE, RIBA, AIA, PMI, RICS or similar). A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant work experience in project managing major building projects and significant experience in design/construction technology and construction project management. The post holder should also have proficient experience with project management software and have a detailed understanding of professional project management best practice. Additionally, he/she must have good communication skills, both written and verbal and be computer literate and have a valid driver’s license.

Preference will be given to suitably qualified and experienced Caymanians
