Port Authority Board
In accordance with section 3 (1) of the Port Authority Law (1999 Revision), the Governor-in-Cabinet has appointed the following persons to the Port Authority Board to serve at the pleasure of the Governor:

In accordance with section 3 (8) of the Port Authority Law (1999 Revision), the Port Director is appointed to serve as Secretary to the Port Authority Board.
Accordingly, the following existing appointments to the Port Authority Board are revoked with immediate effect:
